ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA
Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB
Under the supervision of our F&B Director, your main responsibilities will include:
Across the Different Outlets
Coordinate and optimize communication between the Front of House, Kitchen, Bars, and Reception,
Welcome and assist event clients,
Support service operations when needed,
Assist the events team as required,
Ensure all outlets are maintained in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality),
Ensure compliance with aesthetic standards defined by management (grooming, table settings, and decoration),
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Back-Office
Monitor service expenses,
Control cash registers for the services,
Track and verify orders and deliveries,
Oversee the creation of supplier accounts and monitor pricing,
Maintain and update the client database (cardex),
Animate and promote the outlets,
Create and manage the communication calendar.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a candidate passionate about the restaurant industry, with hands-on experience and strong computer skills.
You are proactive, autonomous, and adaptable, able to manage priorities efficiently, and have an excellent sense of hospitality and customer service.
You have a good knowledge of hygiene standards and are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
You communicate easily with both teams and guests, using appropriate and professional communication skills in Italian and English.
